What to Expect

The MRC utilizes a structured program which begins with the initial telephone intake.

On your first visit you will meet with a Master's level Marriage and Family Therapist who will begin the evaluation process. This process combines assessments and history taking from each member of the couple to formulate an accurate diagnosis of the problem area. The evaluation consists of one couple session and one individual session with each partner.

The next step is the treatment planning session in which both the client and counselor formulate goals and objectives to target the problem area.
